At Bellacoast, we’ve intentionally kept our team small so we can focus on what matters most: personal service, strong communication and a consistently high standard of work. Our team is led by builder and director Josh Neels, who works directly with every client from the first conversation through to project completion. Being a smaller, family-run business allows us to take on a more hands-on role in each job, ensuring nothing is overlooked and every client feels supported throughout the building journey.
We’ve built long-standing relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers who share our values and attention to detail. This reliable network means we can scale up as needed, while still maintaining the same level of quality and care. From on-site trades to client updates and project scheduling, our team works together closely to ensure each job runs smoothly and ends with a result that exceeds expectations.
Josh Neels – Director & Builder
Josh Neels is the founder and hands-on director of Bellacoast.
With over 8 years of experience in residential construction, Josh has built a strong reputation for being reliable, honest and meticulous in his work. Starting his career as a carpenter, he quickly developed a deep understanding of the building process from the ground up. This practical experience, combined with his approachable nature, has made him a trusted figure among local homeowners looking for a builder they can connect with.
Josh leads every Bellacoast project personally managing the build, coordinating trades and communicating directly with clients. He believes that successful building comes down to clear expectations, mutual respect and quality craftsmanship. Clients value his ability to explain complex steps in simple terms, his calm under pressure and his commitment to delivering homes that truly reflect the people who live in them. For Josh, building is about people, not just plans.
Corey Booby
Lead Hand / Supervisor
Corey Booby has been a valued team member at Bellacoast since its inception in 2022. As a Lead Hand and Supervisor, Corey brings a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to the job site. His diverse background includes 6 years as a carpenter, 7 years as a plasterer, and 2 years in nursery and landscaping, giving him a comprehensive skill set that supports Bellacoast’s high-quality standards.
Corey thrives on the daily challenges that come with the job and appreciates the dynamic, team-focused environment at Bellacoast. His dedication and industry knowledge make him an integral part of the company’s continued success.
Steph Neels
Administrator
Steph keeps Bellacoast running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles the admin, paperwork, emails and all the little details that make the office tick.
She’s not just behind the desk either — Steph is also our resident lacky. You might catch her onsite helping with demo, cleaning, doing run-arounds, or jumping in as the extra set of hands when things get busy.
